These terms govern the use of the UVORG directory, operated by Raairo LLC, Wilmington, DE 19801 (USA).
1. Subject
UVORG is an online directory of business associations, economic and sector federations, and related software and information offerings. Use of the directory is generally free of charge.
2. Directory listings
Associations may request a listing. The basic listing is free of charge. Anyone requesting a listing warrants that the information submitted is accurate and does not infringe the rights of third parties. The operator is entitled to review listings, adjust them editorially, move them, or – in particular in the case of incorrect, unlawful or abusive information – remove them without prior notice.
3. No warranty, no advice
Information on associations, software products and news is provided for general information and does not constitute legal, tax or other professional advice. Ratings, where shown, come from external review platforms and reflect their status. The operator gives no warranty as to accuracy, completeness or timeliness.
4. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator's liability for damages arising from the use or unavailability of the service is limited to intent and gross negligence. No liability is assumed for the content and offerings of linked third parties.
5. Changes
The operator may amend these terms and the scope of the service at any time. The version published on this page applies.
6. Governing law
The law at the operator's seat (Delaware, USA) applies. Mandatory protective provisions at the user's place of habitual residence remain unaffected.
